RESIDENT SUCCESS STORY… One of our newest homeowners, Daisey Limon purchased her new home through Palm Beach County’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program. Daisey is a single mom raising 3 daughters ages, 15, 17, and 18. She works as an office manager for a local dentist office. Ms. Limon heard about our program from a friend who rented a home from Neighborhood Renaissance. “I wasn’t looking too long when I came across this house. I loved it immediately because I felt I could raise my girls here. It has plenty of space and a huge yard. I knew I had to have it and houses were selling so fast!” Ms. Limon purchased her single-family home in unincorporated West Palm Beach, which was substantially renovated by Neighborhood Renaissance. Previously she lived in a much smaller home where her 18-year old daughter, who attends a local college shared a bedroom with her younger sisters. “My oldest is so happy because this is the first time in her life that she has a bedroom of her own”, Daisey said. Neighborhood Renaissance is creating survivors in the current housing market and more dreams of home ownership are being realized by offering working families quality homes that are within their financial reach while building stronger neighborhoods.
