Neighborhood Renaissance can help homeowners through the process of obtaining lien forgiveness for unresolved code violations. Many owners are unaware of local government code standards and incur violations accumulating fines that can grow exponentially if not resolved. We hold regularly scheduled educational workshops with topics that cover common code violations and the steps needed to bring your property into compliance including how to stop a running lien. We work also work one-on-one to help you navigate the lien reduction process.
