RFP for Legal Services – Art Lofts at West Village

Neighborhood Renaissance is requesting proposals from law firms to provide legal services for our project in Lake Worth as described in the attached solicitation. The project is funded in part by federal funds and is subject to HUD procurement procedures. The requested scope of services is not expected to exceed $25,000 from acquisition of the project in September through the final sales of the townhomes by the end of 2017.

Request for Proposals to provide legal services for the development of townhomes and commercial space located at 110 North F Street in the city of Lake Worth, Florida. This project is partially funded by Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2 through the Lake Worth Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA).

All responses must be received on or before 4 pm, July 1, 2016, Palm Beach County local time. REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND BID PROPOSALS FOR materials, labor and general contractor services for the construction of street, sidewalk, landscape, irrigation, a bus shelter and signage in the city of Boynton Beach, Florida. This project is being funded through a CDBG Grant from the city of Boynton Beach and an UrbanLift Grant from Wells Fargo Bank. Bonding is required and Davis-Bacon regulations apply.
