The Coleman Park Oral History Project is a partnership between the Neighborhood Renaissance and the Community Foundation of Palm Beach and Martin Counties. The goal of the project was to celebrate and energize the Coleman Park neighborhood’s entrepreneurial spirit and appreciate Black owned businesses along the N. Tamarind Ave corridor. To preserve stories from resident elders of places, products and services ingrained in their memories and capture the neighborhoods oral history before it is lost.
